Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you use Nexa28. They are written in plain language and describe what the product actually does.

1. About Nexa28

Nexa28 is a business profitability and decision-making platform. It provides calculators, financial modelling tools, scenario analysis, projections, reports and related software functionality that work from figures you enter yourself.

Nexa28 is not a bank or financial institution, and it is not an investment adviser, accounting firm, tax adviser or professional financial adviser. Nothing in the product is professional advice. See our Financial & Business Disclaimer.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Nexa28 you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

3. Eligibility

Nexa28 is intended for business planning use. You may use it if you are able to form a binding contract under the law that applies to you, and if you are buying on behalf of a business you confirm you are authorised to do so. Where the law of your country sets a minimum age for agreeing to online terms or making a purchase, you must meet it.

4. Free plan

Nexa28 offers a Free plan with access to a set of core calculators and functionality. The Free plan is provided as-is and we may change, limit or discontinue free features where the law permits. Changes to free features do not remove access you have already paid for — paid access is governed by the subscription terms below.

5. Paid plans and pricing

Prices are displayed in US dollars on the pricing page:

  • Starter — $9.99 per month, or $99 per year
  • Pro — $19.99 per month, or $199 per year

Starter and Pro are recurring subscriptions. Your chosen plan renews automatically at the same interval (monthly or annual) until it is cancelled.

Prices are shown in US dollars for reference, while your card is charged in Kenyan Shillings by our payment service provider using the conversion shown at checkout. Taxes and your bank's currency-conversion or cross-border fees may change the final amount that appears on your statement. The plan, the amount and the billing frequency are shown before you confirm payment.

6. Subscription billing

When you are charged

The first payment is taken when you complete checkout. Each renewal is taken at the start of the next billing period by our payment service provider, using the payment method you used at checkout.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the account page or by emailing nexa28@proton.me. Cancelling stops future renewals. Paid features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account returns to the Free plan.

Failed payments and expiry

If a renewal payment fails, our payment service provider may retry it. If it is not collected, the subscription can be marked inactive and paid features stop until payment succeeds again or you subscribe again. Scenarios you saved on your device are not deleted when a subscription ends, but features reserved for paid plans stop working.

7. Payment processing

Payments are handled by our payment service provider. You enter your card details on the provider's own secure checkout. Nexa28 does not receive or store your card number, CVV or full payment credentials. We receive the email address used at checkout, the plan purchased, its status and the provider's reference identifiers so that we can grant and maintain access.

8. Buying without an account

You can buy a paid plan without creating a Nexa28 password account. Access is linked to the email address you use at checkout and to a purchase key stored in the browser you bought from. Keep access to that email address — it is how paid access can be restored on another device. You can optionally create an account later to link the purchase to your email.

9. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information where it is required, including at checkout
  • Check the inputs you enter into any calculator
  • Review results before relying on them for a business decision
  • Keep access to the email address associated with any paid plan
  • Do not abuse the service or attempt to bypass plan restrictions
  • Do not attempt unauthorised access, probing, scraping or interference
  • Do not use Nexa28 for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam

10. Intellectual property

The Nexa28 software, branding, logos, interface design, original written content, calculator architecture and documentation belong to Perfectum Technologies or its licensors unless stated otherwise. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; it may not be resold, reverse engineered or circumvented.

You keep ownership of the business information, figures and scenarios you enter. We do not claim ownership of them, and we only process them to the extent needed to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nexa28 may be unavailable or behave unexpectedly because of maintenance, bugs, hosting problems, payment-provider outages or other third-party failures. Features may change over time.

12. Suspension

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated serious misuse.

13. Liability

Nexa28 is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Perfectum Technologies is not liable for business losses, lost profits or other losses arising from decisions made using these calculators, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

14. Changes and contact
