Privacy Policy
This policy describes what Nexa28 actually stores, where it goes and what control you have over it.

1. Who we are
Nexa28 is operated by Perfectum Technologies. For any privacy question or data request, write to nexa28@proton.me.
2. Information we collect
Calculator inputs and saved scenarios
The figures you type into a calculator are processed in your browser. Calculations run in your browser using code in the page, and scenarios you choose to save — together with your currency and appearance preferences — are written to this browser's local storage. We do not operate a feature that uploads your saved scenarios to us, and we hold no copy of them on our servers. They are not synced between devices.
Purchase and subscription information
If you buy a paid plan we store a record of that purchase: the email address used at checkout, the plan and price bought, the subscription status and period dates, the payment provider's customer and subscription reference codes, and a purchase key that unlocks paid features in your browser. We do not receive or store your card number, CVV or other full payment credentials.
Optional account information
If you choose to create an account to restore a purchase on another device, we store your email address and authentication details through our hosting and database provider. You may instead sign in with Google, in which case Google confirms your identity and shares your email address with us.
Technical, analytics and error information
Like any website, our hosting and infrastructure providers process technical data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages in order to serve and secure the site. The site loads Google Tag Manager, which can load measurement tags and may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. If a page crashes, error details (such as the error message, stack trace and page path) can be sent to our hosting platform's error monitoring so the fault can be fixed.
Messages you send us
There is no contact form on this site. If you email us, we hold that message and your email address in order to reply.
We do not ask for, and have no feature that collects, your name, postal address, phone number or identity documents.
3. Why we use it
- To run the calculators and show your saved scenarios in your browser
- To take payment, grant paid access and keep a subscription active
- To restore paid access on another device when you ask us to
- To keep the service secure and to diagnose faults
- To understand aggregate site usage
- To reply to your messages and meet our legal obligations
4. Third parties that receive or process personal information
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We only share or allow access to the extent needed to operate, secure and bill for Nexa28. The third parties below may process personal information for the purposes described:
Payment providers
We use third-party payment providers to process payments and subscriptions. Payment providers may process information necessary to complete transactions and manage subscriptions, such as your email address, billing plan, payment method details and transaction history. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV or other complete payment credentials.
Hosting, database and authentication provider
Our hosting and backend platform provides the managed database, authentication and site hosting that store purchase and subscription records, optional account details, and technical logs needed to keep the service available and secure.
Analytics and measurement services
The site loads Google Tag Manager, which can load measurement tags and may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser to help us understand aggregate site usage. Google Sign-In is also available if you choose to create an account with Google.
Other service providers
We may use other providers for things like sending email, error monitoring, fonts or security. These providers only access information needed for the specific service they perform.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
5. International transfers
Our hosting, database, payment and measurement providers operate internationally, so information described above may be processed outside Kenya. Where personal data is transferred outside Kenya, we rely on the providers' own contractual data-protection terms and on the transfer conditions permitted by applicable data-protection law. We cannot claim that all data stays in Kenya, because it does not.
6. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you — including Kenya's Data Protection Act — you may have the right:
- To be informed of how your personal data is used
- To access the personal data we hold about you
- To object to certain processing
- To have inaccurate data corrected
- To have data deleted where the law allows it
- To other rights granted by the data-protection law that applies to you
To exercise any of these, email nexa28@proton.me from the address linked to your purchase. Some records — for example proof of a payment — may need to be kept to meet legal or accounting obligations even after a deletion request.
7. Data retention
- Scenarios, preferences and the purchase key in your browser: kept until you delete them, and removed when you clear the site's data
- Purchase and subscription records: kept while the subscription exists and afterwards for as long as needed to support refunds, disputes and accounting or tax obligations
- Account information: kept while the account exists, and removed on request unless a record must be kept
- Email correspondence: kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and any follow-up
- Technical, security and error logs held by our providers: kept according to those providers' own retention settings
We do not keep personal data longer than is necessary for the purpose it was collected for. Exact retention periods for provider-held logs are set by those providers and are not separately configured by us.
8. Cookies and local storage
Nexa28 uses your browser's local storage for your saved scenarios, currency and appearance settings, the purchase key that unlocks paid features and, if you sign in, your session. Google Tag Manager and any measurement tags it loads may set cookies or similar identifiers. We do not run advertising cookies or ad retargeting. Clearing the site's data removes local storage, including saved scenarios and the purchase key.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards: the site is served over HTTPS, payment details are entered on the payment provider's own checkout rather than on Nexa28, database access is restricted by access-control rules, secret keys are held server-side only, and inputs are validated. No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we make no claim of certification or absolute security.
10. Deleting your data
Use "Delete all saved scenarios" in Settings, or clear this browser's site data — both remove saved work permanently and it cannot be recovered. For purchase or account records, email nexa28@proton.me.
11. Shared devices and children
Because scenarios live in the browser, anyone using the same browser profile can open them. Delete them if you use a shared machine. Nexa28 is a business tool and is not directed at children.
12. Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of the page is updated. Questions: nexa28@proton.me.
